В статье отражены результаты научно-исследовательской работы по созданию технологии и опытных образцов оборудования для производства заменителей цельного молока методом сухого смешивания с использованием молочной сыворотки и сывороточных компонентов. Приведены данные по зоотехнической оценке кормового качества разработанных заменителей цельного молока.
