В статье представлены результаты деятельности РУП «Институт мясо-молочной промышленности», направленные на разработку новых видов продуктов, включая функциональные продукты, продукты детского, диетического и специализированного питания, разработку современных технологий в области производства мясных и молочных продуктов, исследования в области переработки вторичного молочного сырья.

The article presents the operating results of the Republican Unitary Enterprise «Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry» aimed at the development of new products, including functional foods, baby foods, dietary and specialized food, the development of modern technologies in the production of meat and dairy products, research in the field of processing of secondary dairy materials.
