На основании исследования морфологии колоний и клеток дрожжей, а также анализа нуклеотидной последовательности гена 18S рРНК штаммы отнесены к родам Cystofilobasidium, Rhodotorula, Rhodosporidium, Sporobolomyces, Rhodosporidiobolus. В фонд Белорусской коллекции непатогенных микроорганизмов введены два новых рода дрожжевых грибов: Cystofilobasidium, Rhodosporidiobolus и три новых вида дрожжевых грибов: Rhodosporidium azoricum, Rhodosporidium kratochvilovae, Rhodotorula graminis. Отобранные штаммы в перспективе могут быть использованы в биотехнологическом производстве пищевых и кормовых каротинсодержащих добавок.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Strains of yeast-like fungi – sources of carotenoids were isolated from natural sources. Based on morphological examination of yeast colonies and cells and nucleotide sequence analysis of 18S rRNA genes strains were referred to genera Cystofilobasidium, Rhodotorula, Rhodosporidium, Sporobolomyces, Rhodosporidiobolus. Two new genera of yeast-like fungi (Cystofilobasidium, Rhodosporidiobolus) and three new species (Rhodosporidium azoricum, Rhodosporidium kratochvilovae, Rhodotorula graminis) were entered in to the stock of Belarusian collection of non-pathogenic microorganisms.
