Для установления точного таксономического диагноза проведена молекулярно-генетическая идентификация дрожжей с использованием метода сравнения нуклеотидных последовательностей, кодирующих ген 18SрРНК. По результатам исследований определена видовая принадлежность новых культур дрожжевых грибов, которые отнесены к родам: Rhodosporidiobolus, Rhodotorula, Sporobolomyces, Dothiora, Holtermannia, Cryptococcus, Metschnikowia и Candida.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ten cultures of yeast-like fungi were isolated from natural sources and taxonomically significant morphological and physiological characteristics of isolates were analyzed. For precise taxonomic diagnosing molecular-genetic identification of yeast was performed by comparison of nucleotide sequences encoding 18 SrRNA gene.
