Author Guidelines

I. Articles on the results of research carried out in scientific institutions, must have permission to publish (cover letter administration or directorate of the relevant institute, or an abstract from

the academic board meeting, department, as well as the expert report).

II. The article must be sent to the editorial office in duplicate for Belarusian, Russian or English; font – Times New Roman, size - 12; line spacing - 1.5. The text is not allowed handwritten inserts and inserts. The article must be signed by all authors.

III. The manuscripts should include the following elements:

1. Index according to the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC);

initials and surnames of authors;

article title;

the full name of the institutions where the authors work, detailing cities and countries, e-mail addresses of each author.

2. Abstarct (author's resume) (150-250 words) should present briefly the results of research and be understandable, including out of context; should be informative, well-structured (one of the abstarct writing options is a short review of the article structure, including introduction, goals and objectives, methods, results, conclusions).

3. Keywords - a set of words that represent the content of the text in object terms, scientific industry and research methods; recommended number of keywords is 5–10.

4. Metatext data (everything that precedes the main text of the article) are given in English, and the abstract should be original (i.e. not be a literal translation of the Russian (Belarusian-language) abstracts). If the article is in English - the above data are given in Russian (Belarusian).

5. The main text of the article should be 10-16 s. (i.e. 40 thousands signs); including tables and figures, the total number should not exceed 10. The stated material should be clearly structured: introduction, goals and objectives, methods, results, conclusions. In Russian and Belarusian-language articles it is recommended to give captions and inscriptions on the illustrations in two languages - Russian (Belarusian) and English.

6. Reference list (at least 30 references) issued in accordance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus (GOST 7.1-2003). References are given as a general list as mentioned, footnotes in the article should be numbered in accordance with the citation order in the text (eg, [1]); references to unpublished works are not allowed).

7. Then the list of cited sources in Romance alphabet ("References") is given in the following structure: authors (transliteration), the title of the article in the transliterated version [translation

article titles in English in square brackets], title of the Russian-language source (transliteration) [translation of the source title into English - paraphrase (you can skip it for journals)], descriptions in English.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.
  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).
  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.
